Lapidary Shop 

Currently, We are without a Lapidary Shop. We are searching for a new location to call home. If you have any information on a potential place to setup a lapidary shop please contact us at workshop@GCGMS.org

 

Classes and Instruction

Lessons in the lapidary arts are offered to members at a nominal cost.  Classes are set up when the demand is there for them.  Beginners can be instructed by the shop monitors concerning the safe operation of the equipment and how to cut slabs and make cabochons.  First time shop users must receive instruction or demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency to the shop monitor.

Fee Schedule
Shop use: $2.00 per hour
Cab classes: $35.00 per person
